Freire <\/em><\/a>refuses a motion to extend the limitation period in s. 7(3) of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canlii.org\/en\/on\/laws\/stat\/rso-1990-c-f3\/latest\/rso-1990-c-f3.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Family Law Act <\/em><\/a>for bringing an application for equalization of net family property.\u00a0 It appears a well-reasoned decision, though I confess to\u00a0having not read it closely.
